Academic Instructor - Education & Training (Remote)

Job Description:

As an academic Instructor you will be responsible for the successful and streamlining of academic operations relevant to a qualification or a group of qualification. You are guided by a Programme Manager and mentored by the Academic Manager to grow in your career role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to understand learner queries and effectively communicate with learners and academic instructors.
• Facilitate the programme team on establishing better customer service by maintaining a good relationship with the awarding bodies.
• Successful completion of external quality assurance processes.
• Manage designated administration work.
• Managing a team of internal and external academic instructors.
• Liaise with internal teams.
• Maintain the quality standards of courses.

Qualifications:

• Degree or above qualification any relevant field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experiences in the education sector.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal and Written).
• Self-motivated individual who is capable in working without direct supervision.

Status of the job:

• Work from Home

You are required to work parallel to office hours in the UK and your regular working hours are 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM and during UK daylight saving time 12:30 PM to 09:30 PM on weekdays. We are off on weekends and UK bank holidays.
