About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our fully remote sales team. The role involves making outbound calls, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into customers. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets while working independently from a remote environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company products/services
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management
  • Convert inquiries into sales and achieve assigned monthly/weekly targets
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions
  • Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Google Sheets
  • Follow up with potential clients to close sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team virtually to improve conversion rates
  • Participate in online meetings, trainings, training sessions, and performance reviews

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service will be and added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in B2B or EdTech sales will be a strong advantage  
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills  
  • Strong ability to work independently in a remote setup  
  • Target-driven mindset with resilience and motivation  
  • Good negotiation and closing skills  
  • Basic computer literacy (Google Workspace, MS Office, CRM tools)  
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls  
  • Fluent in English (additional languages will be an advantage)
