Trainee Academic Instructor - Business Management

Job Description:
In this role, you mark and evaluate assignments for Business & Management courses. You provide clear, detailed feedback to support learners’ progress and mentor them to reach their academic targets. You also deliver learner inductions, host webinars, and take part in discussions and standardisation meetings that promote fairness and consistency in marking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mark assignments accurately and fairly.
- Provide constructive, detailed feedback.
- Guide learners on academic activities and assessments.
- Mentor and support learners to achieve targets.
- Deliver learner inductions and host webinars.
- Take part in group and one-to-one discussions.
- Join standardisation meetings.
Requirements:
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in academic marking or assessment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Required to work in UK hours (01:30 PM to 10:30 PM).
- Proficiency with online teaching and marking platforms.
