Trainee Learner Success Coordinator

Job Description:

The Trainee Learner Success Coordinator will support learners throughout their academic journey by providing timely academic assistance, gathering feedback, and ensuring learner satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with tutors and academic staff to enhance the learning experience, managing learner engagement, and contributing to the smooth execution of academic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage regularly with learners to monitor their academic progress and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide timely academic support and guidance, acting as the main point of contact for learners.
• Collaborate with tutors, mentors, and academic coordinators to address learner needs and enhance the overall learning experience.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of academic materials and course-related information.
• Collect and analyse learner feedback to identify and resolve academic or administrative concerns.
• Support scheduling, session planning, and follow-ups to ensure smooth academic operations.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Passion for supporting learners’ success and academic growth.
• Ability to effectively engage with learners and address their concerns.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Computer literate, with the ability to manage academic documentation and processes efficiently.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Status:

• Work from Home

You will be required to work in alignment with UK office hours. Your regular working hours will be 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Sri Lanka time). During UK Daylight Saving Time, your working hours will be 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM on weekdays.

Weekends and UK bank holidays will be observed as days off.
