Rising Star of the Month: K.M. Yenushka
In only her second month of employment, Yenushka Bandara engineered a lead generation automation project from scratch. She demonstrated exceptional ownership and innovation throughout May. She also demonstrated exceptional performance across multiple initiatives while delivering great outcomes.

Best Employee of the Month: S.Y. Milona
Yoga Milona achieved 100% completion rate across all her assigned projects in May. Her standout accomplishment of the month was formatting and delivering a 1400 page textbook in a single day, along with 40 document rebranding projects.

Leadership is about uplifting others while driving projects forward. Malinda led the end-to-end AgilePM Practitioner production while guiding and coaching writers, editors and interns across multiple AI and video initiatives .
