International Women's Day Special Fireside Talk

On March 4th, 2026, we had an incredible International Women's Day Fireside Talk that brought together a panel of brilliant women from our team to share their insights on the theme: "Skills for the Future: Empowering Women in a Digital World." This special podcast session was filled with engaging conversations, invaluable insights, and thought-provoking discussions about the role of women in the digital landscape and the future of work. 

Our moderators, Subavi (Academic Instructor) and Gawesha (Sales Manager), did a fantastic job guiding the conversation and keeping the energy high throughout the session. Their seamless coordination and ability to connect with the audience made this event a truly memorable experience. 

We were honored to have three amazing panelists who shared their expertise from diverse perspectives: 

• Samadhi – Director at iMET, who provided a leadership perspective on how women can thrive and lead in digital spaces. 
• Udeshika – Academic Manager, who spoke about the importance of education and digital skills in creating long-term career sustainability for women. 
• Manisha – Content Writer, who gave us a fresh perspective on the evolving role of digital skills and how women can stay competitive in a fast-changing environment. 

Throughout the conversation, our panelists discussed the significance of digital transformation, the power of upskilling, the role of organizations in empowering women, and overcoming barriers that women face in the digital world. The insights shared were inspiring, and the dialogue sparked ideas on how we can all contribute to building a more inclusive and supportive future for women in tech.
