October 2025 was a month filled with outstanding leadership at iMET. We are pleased to recognise Gayani Werawala as the Best Leader of the Month for her exceptional performance as Customer Service Manager.

Rising Star of the Month:
Mohamed Ashfaq Abdul Razzak- Associate QA Engineer

In October 2025, Mohamed Ashfaq Abdul Razzak was recognised as the Rising Star of the Month for his growing responsibility, reliability, and strong ownership across projects. Mohamed successfully ensured the achievement of key project deadlines while stepping up to take over project management tool handling, demonstrating his readiness to manage critical operational processes.
Throughout the month, he also assumed full responsibility for developers' QA activities, ensuring quality standards were consistently met across deliverables. In addition to these core duties, Mohamed proactively took on multiple additional project responsibilities, supporting smooth execution across workstreams. His willingness to step beyond his role, combined with his commitment to accountability and delivery, highlights his rapid professional growth and makes him a valuable emerging contributor to the team.
Best Employee of the Month:
Zahra Nilafdeen- Team Lead - Product Development & Innovations

Zahra Nilafdeen was honoured as the Best Employee of the Month for October 2025 in recognition of her exceptional performance, innovation, and measurable impact across multiple high-priority initiatives. Zahra successfully completed comprehensive QA and deployment for more than six major courses, including MSP Foundation, PRINCE2 Agile, PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL 4, Lean Six Sigma, and NCC programmes, consistently meeting tight deadlines while managing concurrent workloads.
A key highlight of Zahra's contribution was the successful launch of a complete multilingual subtitle infrastructure for the ITIL 4 suite, synchronising timestamps across multiple languages and deploying them to Vimeo to significantly enhance accessibility for international learners. She also expanded the organisation's market reach by creating and deploying Lean Six Sigma content on Udemy and YouTube, opening new revenue channels. In addition, Zahra initiated the Textbook List Creation project, conducting detailed analysis of course units and page counts to support strategic planning. Her initiative, technical problem-solving, and attention to detail set new quality standards across the SLC platform. Zahra's professionalism, teamwork, and ability to deliver high-impact outcomes make her an outstanding contributor and a true asset to iMET.
